My name is Graeme Watson. I've spent the last nearly two decades working in the travel industry β in luxury safari sales, representation, and client-facing sales roles across the African travel market. I've done the property visits, the trade shows, the long drives between lodges, the late-night follow-up emails. I know what it's like to be the person selling travel for a living β because I still am.
What I also saw, throughout all of that time, was tourism businesses consistently underserved by technology. Websites that looked like they were built by someone who'd never been on a safari. Apps that ignored how guests actually behave in remote lodge settings. Tools built for generic small businesses, just skinned with a palm tree. Nobody was building for tourism businesses the way tourism people think.

So I built Charnette Labs to close that gap. Not as a generalist agency that takes tourism clients alongside everyone else β but as a technology company built exclusively for the tourism and travel industry.
